So our choices for upload are really jpeg, gif, png,

We can't upload a cool movie that was a short or flash. Those would be cool if we had some SHORT movie contests or flash contests. Just a thought. I enjoy making the movies.. occ enjoy doing something with flash it would help me get better skillz.. is there any capability for these features here in the future?

Not everyone is flash savvy... I don't even like peeps who use 3d image software for chops. I'd say to keep this place photoshop-only site...

Splodge had that idea a while ago.

I looked into purchasing the domain, and it was priced at over $3,000 dollars. Shocked Shocked

The splodge site says "Not just a party an experience" or something like that.

Well I bet I could learn lots from you guys I've been digging in here
http://www.kirupa.com/developer/index.htm

There was a guy that was a site admin there that went to the same school I was in and he helped me with my flash portfolio and he was way past even what the teacher was doing. His name is Josh Rhame and he did this site
http://www.judybraterpottery.com/
also this is his site
