He wanted to know, do we allow GIF's as entries for TCM. Did we have a pollicy on that..... yet?

Not your call Mike.b.29 - not this time.
We had THREE winners in the last contest!!!!!
Tesore, Goat1981 and Wiz all had 41 votes on their entry and named it TCM.
So, I have given them the task to make this new TCM rule. Because using gifs in our TCM challenge is, unlike in the normal PSC competition - part of the equallity of all who enter.
You see what I am going for? Either we all make a gif as part of the challenge (when the Ideaman thinks that might be a nice challenge) - and then all members can make up their mind if they want to play that Friday or not -
or - we make the rule that no gifs are entered in any TCM challenge.
I know it may seem harsh, when it is set in stone like that - but the TCM rules are not just a copy of the PSC rules. Why else would we play it.
Since we can't have three IDEAMEN in one challenge (that was what goat1981 said ... I would have loved to have seen what three minds together could come up with personally...) ... I have given them the job to make this rule.
Democracy - 3 - 0 or 2 - 1 for or against Gif's will make the rule.

The rule has been set in stone
TCM does not allow GIF's. Sorry Mike.
In case you want to know it was 2-1 against Gifs in the TCM.
I know which contest will be the next TCM contest. The August 1, 2008 tree with thousands of little fungi.
But the defenit challenge is not worded yet. You will be informed via PM about that.

The Winner will then become the (Ideaman) for the next week and so on...
(Ideaman) Rules- When you become ideaman you must pick and Post the Theme/Idea for the next appointed Friday Contest. (within 24 hrs)
