Since it is a hole punch--how 'bout setting atop a nice fresh raw hide with holes punched in it...maybe a nice fresh Flesh boot getting the lace holes punched out.Or a fleshy sexy teddy..

Do the teddy concept with the laces up the back but do it right on the back of an actual girl--fold the skin over, punching the hole and them lacing it.....with rusty wire, not barbed wire though--too cliche'.
