Arc you shouldn't feel bad for having an idea. You presented your idea and supporting topics and you did it in a non-aggressive way.
Personally I think 10 votes is a good number. It'd be like creating my personal top ten list for each contest.

10 votes seem reasonable tofu.
blue's idea is good, but it would involve a bigger change in the code... I stand with the reduce the ammount only opinion...
