with getting the site to load today? I haven't experienced this before here. A few times this afternoon it timed out on me. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and if it could be an issue with the larger sources.

I experienced the same thing here, Olive, but it was only temporary. It has happened once or twice in the recent past. Maybe a lot of users are attempting to access the site at the same time creating diminished band width and long loading delays . In some cases, the page will simply not display. But I'm simply guessing, and don't know the real reasons for the delays etc.

I had no problems getting on other sites at the same time I couldn't get on here. I've just never experienced a time out trying to get on here. I have a cable connection, although I can't say it's 100% reliable all the time (comcast)

yeah, I had trouble getting onto this site from work. happened at around 4:30 pm PSC time. Maybe, as Patre said, has something to do with traffic volume.
