i , of course, like alcholol , but not in cakes..;just hate it..;well ...let me think...i like chocolate and raspberries the most, Chantilly cream too... i dont like vanilla or coffee (in cakes)... Cool

I think this is the cake recipe my sister-in-law uses. It's always delicious! I'm not sure what she substitutes, but she usually puts a cup of coffee in it... you only notice a subtle bit more richness in moistness and flavor. VERY good!

Seriously, I know ppl who earn a great living making wedding cakes. And you could stick around and do the photography for them too!

my sister is obsessed with making cakes, she's done weddings and stuff. Whatever you do, don't sacrifice taste for Looks! Fondant tastes terrible!

And FF...the last cake I had with fondant was nasty...of course...it coulda been the cake!

what a pitty, that you are so far away. I will have my wedding on Aug. 25th and will need a lot of cakes for 140 guests.
