Does anyone ever hosted a site on MEDIA TEMPLE host?
If so do you know weather they keep database backup of expired accounts , and how long, cause I know some of the hosts keep about month long after the expiring of the account. I desperately need some records from a database that I didn't know it exists. Sad

Thanks! Crying or Very sad

usually they have backups and keep them for a fairly long time, it depends on the company policy...good luck!

if you are trying to get an expired web site you might try googling it, then instead of clicking the matching search result (which will show the site has expired) try clicking 'cache' - this will bring you to google's memory data base of the site.

Don't know if it will work but might be worth a try, John.

Hi sirenka!
What type of database are you trying to recover ? MySql, MS SQL, MS Access?
JW has a good advice on using googles cache. Other wise you'll completely depend on your old hostin provider....
