hello fellow pscererereereress

a few weeks ago i post bout my mom having breast cancer. my father mother brother(came in from hawaii for christmas, new years and family support) and i went to sloan kettering in NYC to get a third opinion. talked to the doctor there and he told us everything was goin to be okay, simply remove the tumor, some radiation treatment, and all done. we were all relieved that it was goin to be that easy and went out to chinatown for dinner. first time in awhile all of us gettin together.

saturday mornin my mother and i went to drop my brother off at the airport at around 6am, said our good byes, came home and my mom made my father and i breakfast.

sunday my mom went out with her friend, came home around 8pm and was havin problems breathin, coughin, asthma.. shes prone to gettin bronchiatis this time of year. she sat on the front porch for some air and fell unconscious. my father called 911. my aunt called me around 12 last night to tell me my mother had passed away at around 10pm from a heart attack.

i look back at things that lead up to this point and wonder if all that happened fer a reason... in october, didnt really tell that many people, i got divorced and ended up back at my parents house and spent time with them. my mother finds out about the breast cancer so all her family would call for support and would hear from cousins i havent spoken to in awhile. her original surgery was going to be on jan 5th, but we canceled so we could get a third opinion. my brother was originally goin to stay for a week but was able to extend it for another week, till jan 6th. it gave us the time to share the holidays and be together as a family again.

thank you all for your support with everything and the fun times. i ll be in and out fer the next few weeks so i ll see yall around
bill
