- bring you graphics in PS, convert it to RGB
- type the same text (New Zealand...) in some contrasting color (dark yellow?) move it over the existing, chan ...

Best way to find a font you don't know the name of is www.whatthefont.com
You need to crop a fairly clean sample of the font.
It would help if you posted a sample of what you are trying to do.
