thanks splode for this great documentation! but the problem is the borderless printing checkmarker is greyed out. there is no chance to activate.
maybe i should contact the helpdesk from canon.

i can't print in fullsize A4 (without a rim) in Indesign CS.
in according to the user manual of canon should that be possible.
who knows how it works?
