it was a hard one Kwast, had to sit down and brainstorm idea for nearly 6 days :oD

ooops, just realised lol, the water effect isn't source either, duh sorry, that is a shot of a pool near me, with light shone into it, then I worked on grabbing the light then manipulating and positioning the flecks of light were I wanted them.
