The man is a top fashion photographer of the swinging London of the 60's (that's where Austin Powers come from!). He sees this couple kissing. he hides and takes a photo, but the woman (Vanessa Redgrave) sees him. Later, while watching his pics...

...He discovers that there's a corpse lying on the background of his pic. He goes back to the park, but the corpse has disappeared. He becomes totally obsessed by this photo. It's all about reality and illusion...Great, great movie :-)
