Yes you are not looking good.
(sorry! pardon the pun).
A meg is 1024 kb? Then at psc megs are impossible. People with advantage have a max filesize of 125 kb. People without advantage have a maxfilesize of 75 kb.

Hi man! welcome
with 75kb you can have good looking... optimize it by Saving for Web (in PS file menu) it's more precise to get the right optimization like this. And use the max allowed size well ; 550x600 pixels. It's enough.
