I wanted to submit a second entry in the Rocking Ark contest, but my pic won't upload. I'm well within the size guidelines, and it's in .jpeg format. I kept resizing it down but that still doesn't help. I'm at a loss at what else to try.

Be sure it's actually within the size guidelines. Sometimes file size can throw it off. Don't be confused with with the size differences of advantage and non-advantage members. Try saving your chop with "Save for net" option in PS to lower the file size while keeping the biggness (for lack of better words) of the chop.
